Using the tools
WhimWheel’s wheels and generators are free for personal, educational and commercial use, including classroom activities, streams and giveaways. Please don’t try to disrupt the service, scrape it at high volume or misrepresent results as coming from somewhere else.
Giveaways and contests
Our tools produce fair random results, but you are responsible for running your own contest legally, including following the rules of any platform you use and the laws where you and your participants live. We are not a sponsor or administrator of any giveaway.
Your content
You keep ownership of anything you type into the tools. Don’t put content into a share link that you don’t have the right to share or that is unlawful or harmful.
Generated content
Generated names, prompts and suggestions are random combinations offered for inspiration. They may coincidentally match real names or trademarks; check before using a result commercially.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we can’t guarantee it will always be error-free, and we aren’t liable for decisions made using a random result.
